ARRIVING EARLY
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the treatment time. Arriving late will shorten the treatment.CHILDREN
Spa guests must be at least 12 years old. Minors may have treatments, but must be accompanied by a parent or a signed waiver. Proof of age may be required. TRANSFER FOR SPA GUEST
Complimentary return transfer in Ubud city area CANCELLATION / NO - SHOW POLICY
Cancellation which is made one day before treatment date will be charged 50% from the rate and cancellation which is made on the same day treatment or no show will be charged 100% from the contract rate.FAQS
- Is there any transportation service?
- Yes. We provide free transportation service within Ubud city area. Please let us know if you require our service at the time of booking.
- What about payment?
- We accept cash (US Dollar, Japanese Yen & Indonesian Rupiah) and credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Diners, Master & JCB). Checks are not accepted.
- Is there any age limit?
- Yes. Since our treatment is not developed for children, we only offer the treatment to guests aged 12 years and over.
- I want to visit Mango Tree Spa by L'Occitane the day I leave Bali. Do you keep my luggage?
- Yes, we have a room to keep guests' luggage.
- Do I need to bring my own cosmetics?
- Basic skin care and body care products are available, but we don't have makeup products. Please bring your own with you.
- Should I bring extra clothes?
- We provide things you need for the treatment such as disposable paper shorts, towels and gowns.
- Can male guests enjoy spa treatment?
- Yes, Mango Tree Spa treatment is developed for both male and female guests.
- What if I am pregnant?
- We suggest the treatments that fit to expectant mother, but we recommend you to ask your doctor before the treatment.
- What if I have sensitive skin?
- Our spa treatment products are developed by L'Occitane that offers various spa products that suits to every specific skin type. If you have specific problem with your skin, please ask at the time of booking.
